We have been in Japanese and Chinese garlic industry for 36 years. Our CEO started this Yuminaga Co., Ltd. from manufactering and providing to our very first and still existing customer in Japan. We are known for careful manner of processing the products and, thus, Yuminaga is becoming a brand in Japan that is known for the quality.

We have been in this industry for 20 years. For ginger and onion, we are known for the color and the price of the products. They are controlled in a good balance that customers in Japan are really satisfied with.

Our horseradish is produced in China with a high quality and low cost. If needed, we provide more expensive and better branding Japanese wasabi. The amount that we are able to offer is limited each year, and most of them is already taken by the existing customers.

Our Chili is famous for its color and the capsaicin count. Past customer testimonial indicated that our products' spicy level is controlled very well depending on their purchase. The facility is cleaned every time after different order.
