Our facility is located in Shandong Province, which is known as one of the major ginger and garlic producing regions in China. We primarily focus on supplying fresh ginger and dehydrated garlic and ginger to domestic markets and exporting them overseas. In addition to dehydrated garlic and ginger, we also process various agricultural products such as horseradish and wasabi through freezing methods. Our annual production capacity for these products is approximately 8,000 tons. The production line for dehydrated processing starts with thorough pre-processing. After that, the products go through metal detectors and X-ray sorting machines before being stored at -38°C (-36.4°F) in a blast quick freezer (BQF). Prior to shipment, the products undergo another round of metal detection and are stored and shipped at temperatures below -18°C (-0.4°F).
