We source our Japanese matcha primarily from Uji, Kyoto, and Kagoshima—renowned regions for premium green tea cultivation. Our production process follows strict Japanese standards, ensuring rich flavor, vibrant color, and consistent quality. Our matcha grown in China also follows advanced milling and temperature control, we preserve the natural umami and aroma of the tea leaves. During the harvest season, we offer real-time factory streaming to share our matcha production process—from shading and hand-picking to steaming, drying, and grinding.
Our yuzu is carefully selected from Kochi and Tokushima, Japan’s leading yuzu-producing regions. In our China location, we manage the entire process from fruit selection to juicing and drying under Japanese quality control standards. We offer a variety of yuzu products such as peel powder, juice concentrate, and essential oil, tailored to different culinary and beverage applications. To ensure freshness and aroma retention, our production facilities utilize low-temperature processing. Upon request, we can provide a live broadcast of the processing line during the harvest season, showcasing the sorting, squeezing, and filtration process.
