We mainly use the Cangshan Garlic produced in Shandong, China. Our processing procedures uses industry-leaing technologies with a qualified Japanese standard.

In our pulverizing process, we accommodate various requests (such as to the particle size and microbial count.) We employes a variety of processing methods such as roasting and frying. If needed, during the season (from mid-July to mid-August every year) we will provide a live broadcast of the factory's processing scene. It will include the entire process including root cutting, washing, slicing, drying, and sorting.
